Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9, jeudi, \u00e0 l&rsquo;inauguration et la mise en service de la ligne de chemin de fer reliant Khenchela et A\u00efn Be\u00efda (Oum El Bouaghi), lors de sa visite de travail et d&rsquo;inspection dans la wilaya de Khenchela.        <\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d&rsquo;inauguration, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 du Chef d&rsquo;Etat-major de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e nationale populaire (ANP), le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e Sa\u00efd Chanegriha, de membres du Gouvernement et des autorit\u00e9s locales de la wilaya.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les explications fournies au pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique sur place, la ligne de chemin de fer reliant Khenchela et A\u00efn Be\u00efda (Oum El Bouaghi) sur une distance de 51 km a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des entreprises nationales r\u00e9put\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9alisation de tels projets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M.
